This project in Ikaria showcases a blend of traditional and contemporary architecture that beautifully complements the natural landscape of the island. Each residence is designed with meticulous attention to detail, embracing the rustic charm of Ikaria while incorporating modern amenities and design principles.

The exteriors of the houses feature classic stone masonry paired with white stucco, creating a timeless Mediterranean look. Traditional tiled roofs blend seamlessly with modern geometric forms of the structures, offering a visual feast of old-world charm juxtaposed with contemporary precision. Each unit is thoughtfully placed to ensure privacy while maximizing views of the surrounding lush greenery and the expansive sea. Stone walls and staircases intersperse the properties, enhancing the rustic feel and providing distinct, private outdoor spaces, including serene pool areas perfect for relaxation.
